As a general rule we do not collect sensitive information (as defined by the Privacy Act). However, if we do, it will usually be at your request. If the law requires us to, we will collect it with your consent.

Use & Disclosure

We use your information to improve our website, to facilitate the Queensland Water Infrastructure Development Projects, to provide you with information regarding our latest developments and to enhance and develop our relationship with you.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to by legislation or regulatory requirements.

Queensland Water Infrastructure Pty Ltd may disclose your personal information to service providers, agents, contractors and strategic partners from time to time to help us in providing a more streamlined and efficient service. If we do this, we will generally require these parties to protect your information in the same way we do.

When Using Our Website

We generally only collect personal information from our website when it is provided voluntarily by you. For example, via email or through the use of our contact form. However, as a general rule, you are not required to provide us with any personal information when visiting our website.
